• Serena’s bad side will be back so expect her to be in trouble. Blair and Jenny go to war this spring. Blair will be intimidated by Georgina Sparks. A good-looking dog walker named Asher will charm his way into Jenny’s life.
• Jenny will try to seduce Nate but he’ll find comfort in Vanessa. Georgina Sparks, a visitor from Serena’s past, will reveal the true reason why Serena left town.
• A male character will come out of the closet when the series returns at the end of April. This revelation will significantly impact the lives of at least three people and the aftershocks will be felt on both sides of the East River. Blair will be down one sidekick when the show returns because the actress who plays Kati enrolled at Brown University during the strike. The upcoming episodes will build toward a WEDDING but not Lily's?

Spotted: S and D still hot and heavy in the halls of school. Gossip Girl gets it that you two are in love and whatever but seriously, get a freaking room! J and her new friends brunching at Peacock Alley at the Waldorf Astoria. Little J was living it up; caviar for breakfast? Yum. N in Sheep Meadow with his weapon of choice: a lacrosse stick. That boy sure knows how to use that thing. Surprisingly, C was spotted below 55th Street at the cool, new wine bar Gottino. He was sipping an aged Chateau Margaux. And I think we might have gotten a glimpse of B walking into the John Frieda Salon. She was wearing big sunglasses and had a hat covering her face. Why so shy, B? Won't you come out and play? We miss you.

Finished Shooting the Scene

As all dedicated fans know, Gossip Girl is coming back April 21st and will continue the season with 5 more episodes.

On March 13th Leighton and Ed went into shooting and came out..well with a finished scene. March 15th they will all go in to finish the episode!

During a recent stop in Toronto, Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester told CTV that she spent a lot of her time off during the writers’ strike recording her debut album.

“I’m figuring out everything, so I can’t tell you too much,” says Meester.
“I should be finishing it within the next couple months, hopefully.”

Meester, who plays the deliciously catty, yet still sweet Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, is no stranger to the music scene

“I’ve been working on it my whole life, obviously,” says Meester. “There’s a first time for everyone, and I really love it.”

Who influences Leighton musically?

She’s a fan of Chris Cornell and Incubus, she says, and has described her music as an electronic-rock hybrid that sounds like Gwen Stefani and MIA.

The pint-sized cutie previously sang and starred in a film called Drive-Thru, in which Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley also appeared.

There’s no word if Penn or Ed , who are also musicians, will appear on Leighton’s album..well wouldn't that be a Gossip Girl bonding moment?

Gossip Girl star Blake Lively aka Serena van der Woodsen, shops at the Armani Exchange store in New York City on Friday night with her pet pooch and some friends.

Last week, Blake was seen having lunch with costar Penn Badgley in San Fernando Valley, Calif. The newly 'yes we are' couple, was seen sharing a kiss.

Blake in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 is coming out August 8th.
